The hotel staff and the total experience was wonderful. It was very clean, neat and we did not lack any comforts. Definately a hotel I would recommend to our friends.
The blue mosque, topkapi palace/museum and grand bazaar were all within east walking distance. The room, overlooked by the blue mosque was clean, well furbished and comfortable. Our luggage was portered both on our arrival and departure.
Chairs scraping on the marble floor at breakfast which were very noisy - we recommended to management that rubber tips be fitted. Fresh orange juice was extra cost - should be standard on any hotel menu.
The personel were friendly and reliable and very becoming. The hotel was situated in an extremly fine location in the historical part of Istanbul. My room was nicely designed and well kept.
Construction was still going on outside the hotel. Breakfast seemed very locally adapted (a matter of taste I suppose, but for me there were not many appealing items).
the stafe was kindly
the room was so small
Very nice hotel with friendly staff and in a hard to beat location.
My card was debited with an amount before I arrived and was only re- credited after bringing to the attention of the Manager- check your cards for un-authorised transactions. Staff didn't clean room one day and we were forced to use towels which had been flung on floor the following day
Great location with easy access to major tourist attractions in Sultanahmet. Friendly staff and reasonable sized room with most required facilities except for a lack off a box of tissues
I had two lots of reservations at this hotel and, for the 2nd reservation. Was debited with an amount on my credit card before arriving. When queried, the Manager denied that any amount was debited and when shown proof said that my bank would be reversing the amount. This was done in due course and all ended up ok. Also, the room for my 2nd res'n was not set up as requested and when this was pointed out the desk staff blamed this on me but when shown my request printout they had to do a lot of reshuffling to get the right result. Faulty items in the bathroom were pointed out to management but were not attended to during our stay. Despite these complaints I would stay there again.
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Most new English so that made my stay much easier. The staff went above and beyond on helping with information, helping make travel plans, and just generally doing whatever they possibly could to help the customer. The breakfast was very enjoyable each morning also.
There wasn't much to not like about the hotel.
The location was superb and the view at night from the terrace restaurant breathtaking! The beds could have been a little more comfortable but were not bad. The space was adequate but small. Breakfast was terrific! All in all we were delighted.
Good wlan, charming room design, good location
Poor breakfast buffet - omelette, fresh orange juice, good coffee etc was highly charged extra, for a new hotel very bad mattresses, room 307 extremely small, bad smelling vent in bathroom, room 307 heard every step from the roof terrace, twice hot water in shower available only after complaint, late check-out on a Monday at 2pm was not made possible although hotel was obviously not fully booked, by far bad value for money in that area
The staff was freindly
I have been called to come back to Montreal for my work. The dg obliged me to pay all the stay fees. This is inacceptable.
Good location, friendly staff and decent internet access.
I got a wrong old room (unlike the one described in the this website) and then moved to the correct one after 2 nights and the manager refused to give me a lower rate for the 2 nights spent. By the way, the old room they gave me was in "Sarnic Hotel" and not in "Sarnic Premier Hotel", of which only a door separates the 2 hotels . Also, there was bad smell coming from the bathroom vent, the kitchen smell coming from the A/C vent., the room service staff was annoying even if you put "Do Not Disturb" sign, unexpected room service, the room was small even for a standard room, no sound proof and the decoration was cheap. Just a money-grabbing hotel.
The Hotel is situated in the very historic centre of the Ancient Istanbul and you needn't take any kind of transport to get to the main historic highlights. This is especially convenient when one takes a short trip. The rooms are comfortable, new and of a very up-to-date design. The inside garden and the top terrace, when all the redecoration works have finished, will be a plus.
Maybe only that the redecoration works were still ongoing so that it was not possible to enjoy the terrace. The staff are really kind, but I am afraid few of them really speak English.
Very nice location. Many sightseeing spots are within walking distance. Our room was very clean and shower worked very well.
The hotel was newly opened, but the construction was not really done. I guess it was too early to sell rooms.
This is a very nice new hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Sarnic Premier Hotel. Location is perfect. The rooms are charming.
The hotel is located in a great point of Old City. There was a nice garden back side of hotel. Our room was wanderful. The view of Blue Mosque from our room was excellent. The staff were very friendly. I recommend to everbody.
